Why choose LDV?

LDV vans provide the utmost in reliability and durability, with every vehicle.

LDV no longer boasts an extensive range of vans as it once used to but instead it now focuses all of its efforts into the Maxus.

The Maxus is a light commercial vehicle but a quick look at the LDV line-up shows us that the Maxus can be almost every type of van you can imagine.

There are long wheelbase versions, minibus options, combi vans and a wide range of chassis options too. So essentially, whatever type of van you want and whatever use you may need it for, the Maxus should have an option for you.

And if you wanted proof that LDV vans are good quality, then look no further than the fact that they have been used by the UK emergency services.

Whatever type of LDV Maxus van you drive, whether it’s a typical panel van or a different chassis option, you’ll want to make sure that your commercial van insurance is as good as it can possibly be, to protect both you and your van.

It’s estimated that the best part of 50,000 light commercial vehicles are stolen every year in the UK, so don’t take any chances with your livelihood – make sure your LDV van carries adequate van insurance.

You ‘re required by law to have at least Third Party van insurance cover for your LDV, but if you want to protect your van, its load, driver and any passengers, you’ll need a higher level of cover.

And that’s where The Van Insurer can help.

LDV van insurance quotes

By comparing quotes from a whole range of insurance providers, The Van Insurer you get to see some of the most competitive van insurance quotes from some of the UK’s leading van insurance brokers.

We do the shopping around for you and all you have to do is pick the policy that you decide is right for you.

So if you want a short term policy on your LDV panel van or business cover for your LDV minibus, The Van Insurer can help.

Most underrated van out there, used to run VWT4 transporters which i think are good vans but they do go wrong and the parts are off the map! The Maxus is as good in a lot of respects and some better. I have had this van for 21/2 years with no problems, i guess some people may have a problem with the van being an LDV or that it was at the time made in this country, i say drive one then make up your mind.

Most problem is wiring in engine as it is too close to rotating parts of engine and it grinding trough insulation making battery very quickly drain if unnoticed. Wiring to oil pressure sensor can slip down and owner will not get warning about low oil level and engine will be destroyed.
