Celebrating the UK’s coronavirus van heroes

We're living in uncertain times and there's no doubt that, across the globe, we are all facing daily challenges.

However, during this period of intense uncertainty,we wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate the van heroes across the country that are, literally, keeping the wheels of industry turning.

From couriers and delivery drivers despatching urgent supplies to supermarket giants that rely on van drivers to keep the shelves stocked 24 hours a day, stories are emerging of everyday heroes working around the clock to support those in need.

It's not just about the nation, we've also heard how small communities up and down the country are pulling together to support their neighbours. From van drivers delivering shopping to the elderly and vulnerable, to post offices helping with receipt and delivery of post and restaurants offering meals on wheels, it's a team effort.

So, while we truck on, we wanted to say a huge thank you and well done to the van driver community for all of your efforts.
