Ford Transit24 offers is a new servicing facility for van owners which aims to reduce downtime for its LCV customers and reduce overall costs for whole of life. More than ninety of its two-hundred LCV servicing garages will offer the service and these will be labelled as ‘Transit24 Dealers’ offering premium level servicing with priority given for those in emergency.
While-you-wait servicing is offered, as are late night appointments (at least once a week), with online booking requests answered in twenty minutes. Every vehicle leaving the garage will also be washed first. Jon Wellsman, Ford’s Customer Service Director said the service provided ‘added value’ for van owners and was a great way or Ford to offer ‘extra convenience’ to customers.
