The WEBFLEET package from TomTom Business Solutions now has maintenance reminders and has been launched as an app for Apple iOS and Android smart phones.
An easy-to-read online overview, the maintenance reminder enables fleet operators to keep tabs on upcoming maintenance tasks- tracking service intervals and annual inspections. Through this app, tasks can be created and their progress monitored, they can be assigned to individual vehicles and even copied to multiple vehicles or vehicle groups. The maintenance scheduling update is available immediately and is free of charge for existing users.
The WEBFLEET Mobile app is designed to provide managers on the move with essential information about their vehicle fleet. Its services allow the user to see a detailed map of their current traffic situation using TomTom HD Traffic, quickly pinpoint the location of their fleet, see information on each vehicle’s destination and estimated time of arrival and view trip data such as mileage and time-stamps. Users can view text, status or order messages and also send text messages straight to their drivers’ TomTom navigation devices.
