The operator/dispatcher-the promptness in answering the phone, and the attitude of the operator/dispatcher including their friendliness and ability to reassure.
The mechanic/driver-the kindness and appearance of the mechanic/driver and also their knowledge and their proficiency
The study shows that having high customer satisfaction with breakdown cover services weld a huge influence on customer’s recommending certain providers of breakdown cover and also influence’s repurchase decisions as well. RAC put in place some initiatives during 2009 to improve their customer service, mainly new tools and equipment to help with rates and to help drivers to stay on the road.
