Peugeot had a good start at the CV Operator’s Show, as they took home two of the highly esteemed iVan Awards on the opening day of the show. The Peugeot Bipper was awarded for the Best Light Van of 2010, while the Peugeot Expert was awarded for the Best Compact Van of 2010.

These prestigious iVan awards are a continuation of what has been an immensely successful year for Peugeot LCVs, as they have experienced sales that are up 65.1% in a market that is just up 12.6% so far in 2010.
At the CV Operator Show, the Peugeot display was covered over with visitors who were clamouring to take an up-close look at the Peugeot van range, and to view the new conversions Programme for the Boxer chassis and the new, revolutionary U-tail Concept. The new innovative Peugeot Boxer Roadland U-tail concept shows how useful that a flexible modular transport and storage system can be when it is put together with a Boxer chassis cab. The implementation of the U-tail concept makes tasks such as daily deliveries, factory work, and the moving around of multiple small loads an easier task.
Another highlight for Peugeot at the show was the Bipper’s wearing of the Royal Mail livery, as the company received 2000 of the Bippers to implement in their fuel efficiency strategy. The Peugeot Expert, with its engine capabilities and practical sizes has also has provided a useful tool for companies that are wishing to make the most of economy and fuel efficiency.
