Paragon Software Systems has been developing their services in order to help fleet and transport operators run smoothly during disruptions as a result of Olympic events.
Paragon software users will be able to assess how road closures, congestion and increased demand will affect operations, as well as consider how to handle any changes to delivery and unloading times.
Through the careful use of data supplied by Transport for London, Paragon has developed the functionality of its systems so that users can tackle tricky issues such as identifying delivery points that may be affected by congestion and deal with them appropriately and efficiently.
Paragon will also include useful congestion data, predicting congestion levels around the start and finish times for each event venue, so users can create delivery schedules which take into account the anticipated hold-up times.
