Nissan wins van security award for the second year

Monday, October 29 2012

Nissan has been voted the top van manufacturer at the British Insurance Vehicle Security Awards, where its Primastar won the ‘heavy’ van category for the second year running. One of the main features of the van which impressed judges was the fact that every model of the Primastar has an alarm fitted as standard.

The award itself recognises Nissan’s work across its entire LCV range (which includes the Cabstar, Navara, NV200, NV400, Pathfinder and Primastar models) to protect against theft and damage. This then enables operators to be offered lower insurance premiums as a result of lower security risks.
