Nissan revealed the all New Nissan NV400 heavy van at the 63rd edition of the IAA Hanover Motor show. During a press conference at the show, Gilles Normand, Nissan Motor’s Corporate Vice President told the onlookers that in front of them was Nissan’s answer to customers needing a dependable, efficient, and capable van. He went on to say that, Nissan was presenting the NV400 in its quasi-final production edition, presenting a design that is distinct and genuine.

The new NV400, which is scheduled to be on the European roads next year, takes on a daring interpretation of Nissan’s recognizable ‘balanced angle strut’, which gives the van an assertive presence on the highway. The assertive appearance of the NV400 was created at Nissan Design Europe to highlight the strengths of Nissan’s new van.
In related news, Giles Normand confirmed that Nissan has is planning to come out with a zero-emissions small van in 2013. The release of the zero-emission small van underscores the importance of the LCV market for Nissan. A zero-emission van from Nissan will serve customers who want to match their successful business model with their convictions about the environment.
