In an attempt to reduce fuel thievery, Iveco has released the first custom-made anti-siphon device for their Daily and EcoDaily light commercial vehicles. Iveco, working with their long term partner, TISS Security Systems is implementing the new device that is targeted to reduce incidents of fuel stealing. The device is known as Tanksafe Daily, based upon TISS’s TankSafe Standard device for trucks, a device that has already been established to be the best fuel protection system that is out on the market. In independent studies held by Mi Technology, a major truck testing group, it has been revealed that the TankSafe Standard system is able to provide 75% more anti-siphoning protection than the closest product that the competition has to offer.
