Collect all third party Contact and Insurance details
The the name, address, phone number and insurance details of the driver involved; also take a note of their vehicle’s registration number.
Contact any Eye Witnesses
If there were any eye witnesses present at the time of the accident, do you have their details (name, number, address) so that they may be contacted to give an account of the event?
Find Evidence

Get a police accident report
